Very disappointing service and very surprised since the ratings were good!

The cherry 1st...
We checked in around 1015 and while checking in asked for a fridge as we had stuff we needed to refrigerate. They said they will have one sent up, after about 45 mins in the room, we call again. We were told they will call us back. That was around 1105pm. Tired and not caring anymore, watching TV, we pass out. Guess who knocks on the door with a fridge at 1215AM... No phone call.

We paid for a bay view room, we got a room that overlooked the ceiling of the resturant and a parking lot.

While checking in, the rep speaks in some slang gangster terminology, something new to the Hilton experience! Couldn't understand him, can't translate! So disappointed!
