Amazing view, rooms and hotel very clean, room service and cleaning staff very professional! One of the best hotel experiences I've ever had. Ready to go back in March and bring all my teens.. extremely impressed with everything this hotel has to offer! Even had late check out at no cost and evening turn down service. Thank you so much Palm hotel for the best birthday!
