I've worked in production for awhile and we all know there are the rental places we LOVE to work with, and those we... um... don't. Well Hello World has always been one of my favorites but they went above and beyond during my shoot over the weekend. Long story short is that we had rented a slider that was giving us some problems- at 8am Sunday morning. I called the "Urgent Care" number from their main number. When I described what was going on to the voice on the other end- Ron Yoshida- (the boss!)- I was greeted with complete "We'll take care of it." Within an hour we had a new slider, a new (much, much lower) price and the indelible impression that Hello World is a class act operation that is there to help with your production, as opposed to take advantage. Do yourself a favor and rent from Hello World. You will be very, very happy you did.
