Emergency Room- While my child was seriously ill and vomiting with severe head pain in a hospital room. The desk clerk entered the room and asked for copay. I looked at her liike she was so out of line.and told her this isn't the time. Then she asked if I would like to know the amount. I said this is definitely not the time. Then she said something else...who knows. Ridiculous. Collection starts the minute you wailk in! She was not a nurse or someone in care of my child. This is disgusting and out of line behavior.
