TERRIBLE CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE!! I went through the process of booking 2 tickets through their website and received a credit card error.......at which point they said to try again. I checked my credit card account and found they'd taken the money from my card!! I've since used their "contact us" message service 3 times over 3 days.......no response.......so I've and tried calling several times over those 3 days.....all I get is a message "all of our lines are busy at the moment, please hold" message for 20 minutes!! ....and I'm calling the UK from Australia! DO NOT USE THEIR WEBSITE....unless you want to throw away money. I feel I've been robbed and have no way of getting my money back!
