Very dated room, and the front desk was incompeten...

Very dated room, and the front desk was incompetent. I asked them to provide a proper VAT receipt for the company expense and as I had to leave early morning, the receipt was specifically requested to be ready at my planned check out time. When I checked out the next morning, nobody is aware of this specific request, so the receipt had to be mailed. However, once the receipt arrived, they got some details wrong so our staff had to ask them to send a correct one.
