Sadly 0 stars is not available so 1 will have to do. He s why they deserve it: they re liars: whether it s lying about sending you a good phone (I received a broken one without a working home button, delivered two weeks late too) and they lie about their 14 day refund policy (they will stall you and draw the process out as long as possible) they act like some big company where communication between departments take at least 2-3 working days but in reality they work in a dilapidated building in an Ilford business park. If you re looking at QMF here s my advice: save yourself weeks/months worth of hassle, money, hope and disappointment and just go somewhere more reliable or just anywhere else in fact. This company is an embarrassment
