Rudy is an outstanding, motivated, energetic, fast working and extremely knowledgeable tech. He arrived and immediately went to work, never wasting time to draw out the hourly rate. He was extremely helpful in explaining what he was doing and even offered to install other shower fixtures that I planned on installing myself, but decided to let him install due to his professionalism.
