I purchased a Luxury Escapes offer in the club area. The facilities broke down and were not replaced which meant that I had to use the kettle for my room when I received visitors. I also pointed out that the pool had not been appropriate cleaned under CoVid cleaning measures and when I tried to deal with this there was only one person on the check in counter and nobody on concierge - so I walked into the concierge storage area with nobody noticing. When the manager, Riaz Mahmoud, told me, "Please don't forward any parcels here" after I was attempting to track a missing package I told him that his tone was rude and that "We would appreciate it" would be better. He has now banned me from the hotel.
