I was greeted by the valet staff and processed immediately for my 9a appointment scheduled by Ahmed (Sorry for spelling). State inspection, repair to brake light and servicing took less than two hours and I was treated to coffee (from Texas Coffee Traders) and donuts in the waiting lounge. Total cost $28.00. I bought this car (the very first Element) at First Texas Honda 11 years ago and they have taken good care of it ever since. My only regret is that the company execs have decided to quit making Elements. Big mistake! Anyway, another great experience.
