Nice hotel, nice clean rooms. Food very tasty. Only at De Bonte Brink you hardly dare to order anything because of the grumpy ladies behind the counter. Especially the young blond lady with a bun. Every time you are cut off if you want to order something. I had ordered something and got a snarling sniff: "Couldn't you have shown your strap before you ordered?" This kind of attention to the assembly line. Do something about your staff! This is really impossible, unbelievable !!! Customer friendliness should be of paramount importance. Maybe they can learn something from the lady behind the counter, who on the other hand was very friendly and helpful. And a compliment to the technical service. Thanks to these people, still four stars.
