Some of the staff there are really rude and need to be trained on customer service. Earl at the emergency room desk should be in the first class. If someone comes in and states that they are dizzy with severe headaches and not sure if it's their BP, why would you tell them to have a seat cause there are others in front of them? Ummmm it's an ER we know that!. We were at anytime trying to skip in front of anyone as they would say it. We didn't mind the 3 hour wait.. Oh and once you get to the back be prepared to be treated like you just want pain meds while some of the staff chat freely about any and everything besides attending to the patients. You want to admit a person to keep them on pain drip management instead of trying to address the issue that you diagnosed and didn't have much knowledge on because of it's rareness. Then you leave and send in a discharge nurse that just keeps smiling and over talking you so you won't question them. Never again! We ended up having to go to another hospital. I'm really shocked at the giving freely of pain meds to people that just want relief!..The young nurse tameka was awesome! She did the best she could to comfort the issue working with the doctor..
