Our salesperson was knowledgeable about the products we were interested in and stuck to those items. We weren't pressured to look at windows when we were interested in doors. Although they normally review final orders over the phone prior to submitting, they met with us face-to-face at their office to review the order in detail, show us additional sample products, and answer all of our questions. Scheduling was a breeze and our installers were fantastic and professional. They did forget to call us to schedule the gutter installers and we were surprised to come home one day to find ladders and gutters all over our lawn, but the gutter installers did a fantastic job. We were very satisfied for the big dollar investment we made in our home.
