Absolutely horrible online customer service! I ordered a book online for one of my classes, and I paid $17 dollars for two day shipping. All together I spent over $40 on a book for one of my classes. The expected shipping date was October 13th, and they didn't even ship for 5 business days! Again I needed this book in time for one of my classes and they never shipped my book in time for my class. I wanted to cancel my order 5 days later after it never shipped. I contacted online Customer Service twice about this issue. They said they couldn't cancel my order because it was already in the process, but to begin with it never shipped. Online Customer service said I had to return my book but what guess what I got when I returned it? Twenty Five lousy bucks from Barnes and Noble! Not the full $40 I spent on the book. I a student for goodness sake and I gave them money for a two day shipping that never happened! I'm never giving these people money ever again!
