I still love the concept. I was a fan of Airbnb, and I often recommended to their alternative way of traveling and learning about communities to friends and family. However, today I rate Airbnb 1 start and stop using their services. Airbnb you get an F for your Super-host program, D for loose rules about surveillance, and C- for prompt but rude customer service.
