I do not have enough great things to say about the Arts Hotel. After Air Canada lost my luggage and after a 3 hour delay i had just half an hour to keep my reservation. When i called the hotel they were very understanding and even when i arrived the girl at the front desk took down all my info kept me calm and assured me when my luggage arrived she would call me right away. She even gave me whatever she could for free (toiletries). She even texted me through out the week to make sure my stay was comfortable. I would reccomend the arts hotel anyday
