The receptionist at the ER is extremely rude and needs a empathy training. In all honesty she should work in a different field if she does not have patience. Including some of the nurses that check you in are rude. Is AMC not paying or treating you well? Is that why you're taking out on us sick patients. Enough is enough already. This lack of empathy has gone on for too long !!

Er wait time are extremely long and ridiculous I dont understand. Do you know have enough Doctors/Nurses
Does anyone truly care about the patients?
Or is it about money ?
