I WAS TOLD TO PUT MY INSULIN ON ICE INSTEAD OF GETTING A FRIDGE IN THE ROOM. THIS HOTEL DOES NOT ACCOMMODATE PEOPLE WITH MEDICAL NEEDS. I called their costumer service twice to ask for a fridge and instead of accommodating, I am coming to Vegas uncertain if they will provide a fridge, which before booking I checked to see if they even had the option. Caesars Palace needs to improve on their advertising by making amenities availability clear. If I knew this would be my situation, I would not have booked my vacation at Caesars Palace.
