Over the last month I have attempted several times to resolve an issue of an over charge on my debit card.
I have been fobbed off each time, had to repeat my complaint and promised a phone call back from a manager. Although the people who have answered the phone have been very polite, I feel this situation is not likely to be resolved and therefore feel it necessary to write this review. I will not be using Arrow again.
