An extremely well-done museum chronicling the life...

An extremely well-done museum chronicling the life of Ann Frank. The tone was somber, but given the subject matter, that's perfectly understandable. This was the busiest museum in Amsterdam, so definitely buy a ticket from their website before you go. Otherwise, it's at least an hour or more wait outside in the queue, which sells non-reserved tickets starting at 15.30. Hint: the website will show no available tickets for weeks, but the museum releases a few tickets each morning so start checking around 10.00 and you'd likely get tickets for that day or the next day. Note that the museum has a few stairs to climb, and these are of the narrow and steep kind so beware if you are mobility-impaired.
