I used to to love this hotel. Now - Poor management. Definitely declined since taken over by Wyndham. Pay for location and potentially view, not overall service and amenities. Worn down furnishings in room (media cabinet balanced by rolled cardboard, numerous chips and gouges in furniture). Poor lighting, especially in bathroom. Do not honor posted check in time. All cannot be blamed on COVID.
