I'm giving them 1 star because this page won't allow me to give them a 0! I asked for the linen to be changed more then once & it never was. My handicapped sister had an accident on the toilette the second day we were there. The poo was still on the toilet almost a week later when we checked out! The power went out while I was there with my disabled sister & they have no back up generator. They did not try to assist us in "any " way with anything! Then to make matters worse there was something wet on the floor in the bathroom. They had 0 lighting in there for there guests! I got hurt! Only after crying in pain & me asking for ice did they even acknowledge us! Once we were finally able to get to our room the manager didn't even want to leave us with his cheap dollar store flashlight! We were 9 storey up with no way to get out of there! The bell hop had to convince him & this was after my sister begged him to let us use it! I found out later this hotel is know for having there power go out! All other hotels around them had power! I felt trapped to say the very least! They could of done many, many things to help us but chose to be incompetent , ignorant & blind to us sitting in full view of them! I have never felt so abandoned in my whole life. This is NOT a safe place to stay. It horrify 's me to even imagine what would happen to people staying there during an earthquake! Please stay somewhere else & stay safe!
