There were two repairs, one Friday to do recall work for the ignition (revise battery sensor), actually a visit Monday to pursue potential battery concerns but my car was not technically taken for service, and appointment Tuesday/ Wed to identify and repair the problem. Anthony Herrera and his team found the problem was an intermittent malfunction in the starter. It took a lengthy test phase to identify the problem.
I was grateful to get a loaner vehicle for the days the car was under repair. The personnel who process the pick up and drop off of rental cars are very efficient, friendly, and helpful. Both loaner cars were clean and ran smoothly.
My thanks go out also to the person who screens the phone calls for service and schedules appointments. She took into account my frustration of sitting for 20 to 30 minutes before being helped at check in and gave me a less hectic appointment hour. That went very well with a fairly short wait at check in.
