Review of First Texas Honda

Worst experience I have ever had with a car dealer...

Worst experience I have ever had with a car dealership. I had been talking to a product specialist by the name of John Garza. I was told on numerous occasions that he had plenty of cars with black interior. We even went as far as getting all the numbers together so we could make the 230 mile trip from Corpus Christi to Austin to come home in a new 2017 CR-V. Called him a couple of times on the way to let him know we were coming and he said to come on. Once we get there he has like 3 or 4 2017 CR-V EX-L's but none of them have dark interior. So we wait for about an hour or so while he runs around and keeps giving us excuses. Finally he just tells us he doesn't have anything close to what we are looking for. So I get upset and we leave to go to Round Rock Honda. On the way I get a text from a girl at text from a girl by the name of Elaine of Cleo Bay Honda saying she has a great friend that works at First Texas Honda and she had told her what happened to us and asked if we could go to Killeen. So not only did First Texas Honda Lie to me about having plenty of cars to meet my needs the gave my personal information out to another dealership. Not only is this poor business, but I believe it is also illegal. I am glad we went to Round Rock Honda because it was probably the best experience that I have ever had purchasing a new car and I have purchased probably 30-40 new vehicles. I normally don't like to post negative stuff like this but it was a joke. Cant really comment on the dealership itself because we never made it that far.
