Everyone from the snowboard gear department I have spoken with has been friendly and helpful. The extended benefits from buying here are great. Dave O and Wesley (male) were great. I forgot to get the female's name who was great. I like the selection for bindings and boots. I am a little thrifty and the clothes can be hit or miss on prices.
