Super disappointed with my car buying experience here. When I left with the Yukon I had a lower interest rate with gm financial. A week or so later they call me with fake excitement saying they found another lender to con me into coming in. I came down and immediately saw the new contract had a higher interest rate, they put gap which I did not have AND MY LOAN WAS FOR A LONGER TERM. Not only was that super slimy but I was pressured to sign when I started to question and told the person in finance that I didn't like the terms. Fast forward another week when it snows and i go to use the 4 wheel drive in a car I'm paying over 30,000 for- IT HAS A MAJOR ISSUE TURNING LEFT. Do not buy from them! They will screw you like they did me. I will be buying the 2021 Denali from ANYWHERE else.
