They never take customers feedback. That's going to be a big problem that eventually crashes them.
I was really mad several times about where Uber drops me off and I had no place to give them the feedback at all. e.g. I had the destination set as Facebook HQ, and map tells driver to drop me off at a warehouse, 15min walk from Facebook including going across a 6way road..
Uber eat is also trash. Set aside the expensive service fee, I had my order and the carrier never came to my door. I missed the carrier phone call so I called back several times, but they never picked up. After several minutes, the order was cancelled without refund, even I called and explained to their manager. I'm wondering why should I take full responsibility? Why Uber never takes the responsibility of not showing the estimation accurately? Why the phone call one-way only? So no tolerance of customer busy at the moment?? Why the carrier not came to my door with my address accurate? Possible the driver just want the food?? So money is Uber's and faults are always customer's??
