So there s at least 7 or 8 guys standing outside talking amongst themselves and or on their smoke break. I walk up no one says not a word no Hello or how can we help you nothing. I proceeded inside the office space and again I come in contact with two guys at the service desk and no one mumbles a word or even acknowledges me. I walked out of the establishment like a smooth criminal and no one noticed. Prior to going into the establishment I sat in my car for at least 10-15 minutes clear view of the front of the building on one approached my car either. So I decided to fill out the customer test driving form. As soon as I left I got a phone call from someone at the office wanting to follow up. I did not catch his name but I informed him that I will not be doing business with them and I explained my reasons why up above. If they don t acknowledge me they only care about taking my money. I doubt I would get a good quality car especially since I did not receive quality customer service.
