My account was put on hold for no reason. I called...

My account was put on hold for no reason. I called on September 10 and they told me they would escalate my issue. I called again today and they said my issue would be escalated again. I'm trying to book 1500.00 worth of rooms and this is their response. Oh just wait few days is what was told to me. I have had no issues or no bar reviews in my profile. This company really does a piss poor job of customer service!
