Copied from feedback provided on Air BnB site under my profile: "The help personnel are giving inconsistent details on extenuating circumstances cancellations. Twice my wife has called and once myself in the past week to cancel a reservation and attempt to get a refund. My wife was told both times she would receive verbal call back in 24-48 hours to verify cancellation and refund details but did not. I was told that since the reservation is past that no one can now help but I should receive call back with no time frame. The lies told to my wife and inability of people to authorize a cancellation and refund basically tells me I cannot trust your business anymore and you don't have a real valid process to account for extenuating circumstances. I will be posting reviews to multiple sites to ensure no one else is hoodwinked by your shady business practices. "
