Upon arriving we had a problem with Ace Metro with the driver going out of the way, not understanding or not wanting to understand where we wanted to go. When all was said and done we paid way more than we should have. I called the cab company and talked to the supervisor, Zack, who offered and refund for the amount we were overcharged. We decided to have it applied to our return trip to the airport which was good. I appreciate that they went out of their way to make it right. I would recommend them and would use them again. With any cab company you use, especially in a town you're unfamiliar with always use your phone GPS to make sure the driver is taking you where you're supposed to go, don't just assume.
