Donna from Dr. Ku's office needs a refresher course in Manners, and how to treat people over the phone.
We were new patients with this office and when I called to make an appointment she said that my kids need to wait 4-6 weeks until their names appeared on the Dr. Roster. Even though we have cards and very Valid Insurance that the office could call and verify, this simply was not enough for Donna. I asked what if they had an emergency? and she said nope, they could not be seen?
I called Cigna and immediately had our dentist changed. The customer service rep at Cigna did apologize because this is not how dentist offices should be operating, and stated all Donna had to do was call and verify, because even with the Roster that she spoke of, they still call and verify the insurance.
Well we switched to Monarch Dental in Lewisville!! Great Dentist!!
Thank you Donna had you not been so rude and so Anal, we would have never found a better dental practice.
