Your act of kindness and generosity will never be forgotten by me. I have been a patient at Inspire Dental Group in West Seneca for about a year. When I first met Dr.DeRose and his staff I felt comfortable and welcomed . I have been grinding my teeth at night from stress, anxiety, and PTSD and I started to develop severe migraines. When the staff went over suggested treatment plans, I unfortunately was not able to have it covered by insurance nor did I have the amount of money to cover the mouth guard and office visits. The staff again answered all my questions and explained why this is an essential instrument to use.

Dr.DeRose sat down with me and he made me an amazing mouth guard at no cost. THANK YOU. This has greatly reduced the frequency and severity of my migraines. I can not express the difference this has made. This changed my life and the custom fitted mouth guard is doing its job. For anyone looking for a honest caring dental team . I would highly recommend there whole team.
