I ordered an iPhone 6. It came very quick. When I took the phone out of the packet (no box) it looked in good condition. But the went to remove the plastic screen protector, I found the screen cracked. I got in touch with the company and they replied very quickly. However, after I sent it back they said they would get in touch within 23/48 hrs. The courier company has declined a claim made by Quick Mobile fix stating insufficient packaging. Now the fun has started after a total of 45 emails backwards and forwards and a wait of 2 weeks I have been told that they have put s claim in with UPS and are awaiting a response. I still have no phone or refund. HOW IS ANY IF THIS MY FAULT. Under the 2015 consumer regulations I should have had a replacement or refund. But nothing. I have asked for someone to call me but no. All I can do now is contact trading standards
