I started working for this company the end of July...

I started working for this company the end of July . This company had no female packers prior. So I was hired on with another lady just to pack . I was so excited to work for them and NEVER have I ever called off . It was peak season so I was very excited and eager to work. I did about 2 pack jobs and then Everytime I Went into work they would send me home while sending the MEN out to pack . These men are smoking marijuana, tobacco (on the trucks with customers stuff on it ) and not showing up to work and yet these men are still allowed to work when they feel like it .
Fast forward it is now October and I haven t had work in 3 months nor is my supervisor texting me back telling me if I can come in or not .I have not been fired (because they have no reason to do so), I have just been ignored . I have not done ANYTHING to this buisness but try and be the best worker possible .
THIS IS DISCRIMINATION. I 10000% would not recommend this buisness
