I usually give this dealership 5 stars but right now I d give them a 0 if I could. I ve been a loyal customer and have purchased 3 vehicles from them in the past. To make a very long story short, they kept my car over a week. Charged me over $1800.00 for something they allegedly fixed the last time I brought it in, and then had the audacity to say I needed new windshield wipers and front brakes!

When I went to pick my car up they had cracked the windshield. Instead of offering an apology, or assuring me they would find out how this could happen, especially because of all the issues during the week, their first comment was that they needed to review the tapes to see if I brought it in like that!! I had already paid and had the little vehicle inspection sheet in hand which clearly showed the windshield didn t have so much as a chip or pit in it! We all know how throughly they go through those items so they can tell you what else is wrong with your car!
For whatever reason my service advisor was not able to get anyone out to replace it for another 3 days. I tried numerous times to and find out what was going on, only to constantly be connected to his voice mail. In the meantime I called the customer service director and the service manager whom I was told by the assistants that answer the phones, they were there and available but neither one of them returned my call. I called the service manager a second time and he told the lady answering the phone I needed to speak with a service advisor and wouldn t take the call. I finally got a hold of my service advisor who, of course said he was just about to call me and the windshield company just called him!! On day 3 I called 4 times each time the phone assistants telling me he can t answer the phone, or he s busy and sent me to his voicemail. I called around 1600 hrs and told them I need to speak to anyone back there! The service advisor that answered the phone put me on hold for awhile then came back on and said he hadn t been to work all day and that he had passed my car onto someone else! That someone else NEVER attempted to call me. The windshield was fixed and of course 20 minutes later I was there and he was gone!! He left no instructions on how I should care for the windshield. Kudos to the service advisor who was trying to half heartedly appease me with what he thought he heard them saying on how to take care it! I am very disappointed in managements lack of concern or customer service skills. I am now VERY leary that my car was repaired correctly and have absolutely no confidence in their competence.
