A rep called me on the morning of my appointment and told me the doctor called out sick and that they would call me back to reschedule. I waited 2 weeks and nothing. I called to reschedule and they stated I was a "no call no show" for that appointment. I'm furious! The operator said she didnt see any notes in the system and the doctor was present that day. They prey on people. It was a payday and they probably were ready to go home. It's really heartbreaking and so upsetting that someone would do that to me.
