Working with Heidi with Suburban Mortgage was an absolutely amazing experience! As first time home buyers, my husband and I really didn't know anything about the home buying process. Heidi made our experience easy and kept us extremely informed along the way. I feel that she worked extremely hard to keep us informed and to keep the process as smooth as possible! She willingly walked us through questions we had when she was off work, on the weekends, and even when she was on vacation! She is obviously dedicated to her clients. Long story short, we absolutely love Heidi and Suburban Mortgage, and will definitely go through her again in the future!
