James was fantastic! He was personable and professional and fixed my problem right away. He did not take advantage of my ignorance and stick me with a super expensive repair I did not need like you hear about with some other services. He told me what to look out for next time so I would be a more informed homeowner. I will call TLC Plumbing & Utility for all my plumbing needs from now on. I am not being a shill for this company, I am disabled and appreciate being treated fairly and honestly. Ask for James.
