We spent 2 nights in a cozy room. Everything was fine until the morning of our second day when we asked for a dirty call up and breakfast box ... but nothing was done.
We quickly received the apology from the quality manager and the refund of our last night that we were unable to take, my wife being seriously injured. Very good reaction to a serious mistake: in the alarm of my wife's smartphone we rations our plane .
