DO NOT PAY THEM FOR RENTAL DAMAGE!!!!! A big chunk for the money they claim you owe is just their processing fee. If you are going to pay anything, tell the rental company to drop the claim and you will pay them directly.

1 Star because it wasn't possible to give anything lower. Rude, unprofessional staff. I called cuz I received a letter from them claiming my regular car rental company had filed a damage claim for a vehicle through them. I had never heard of PurCo before they sent the letter. I tried to explain my concerns that I hadn't even talked directly car rental company about this supposed damage and the woman started getting snippy on the phone with me. I had to hang up before I cussed her out.
