Really dissapointed in this company. Had a good experience majority of the year with no problems but having a lot of trouble for the deposit as most reviews have said. We have disputed the deductions of our deposit as they were ridiculous and have heard nothing since (blatent ignoring) despite emailing multiple times. We are still waiting and our tenancy ended in July. Would not recommend as can no longer call this a trustworthy company with students best interests at heart.
