We have always had a good experience with Vivint. My husband and I had left to go to our local cinema five minutes away and standing in line for tickets, my phone rang and it was someone from Vivint to tell us that our alarm had gone off. They had already summoned the police because they could not reach us on our landline . My husband raced home. Our basement door was open . It was then that my husband remembered he had not closed the basement door before we left. Embarrassed, but thankful there was no actual break-in. Thanks Vivint and Graham Police!
