Uber has a terrible, terrible website if you need ...

Uber has a terrible, terrible website if you need help. I have been charged twice in Mexico City. No help from Uber. I hope Didi will run this terrible company in the ground. It's a $4 charge and not worth my time. But I hope this company is gone within a decade.
