I never had a problem when i rented from them. I did take them a little bit of time to fix something but when they got it fixed it was fixed well.

The move out polices are very strict and you cant forget anything because the fees are expensive, but as long as you followed the directions that they gave you there wouldn't be any problems.

I recommend them only if you can follow their policies closely.
