My experience is always great and a positive one. My service advisor always looks for ways to save me money by making sure that I take advantage of any and all discounts that I'm eligible for. I like that because I'm on a fixed income and need all the breaks that I can get while still maintaining my vehicle. The only thing that stops me from giving 5 stars is that our car wasn't washed once it was finished being worked on. Our service advisor checked and then informed me that the gentlemen who wash and detail vehicles had not arrived at the dealership. He did ask if we wanted to hang around until they came. Luckily we had a little time to kill, so we decided to go get breakfast nearby and then come back. That wouldn't have been possible if one of us was scheduled for some sort of appointment. We took a chance that day but would've been quite upset had they not been there after we finished our breakfast. Overall, the visit was a pleasant one. Hopefully the next time we bring our car to the dealership, everyone there would be more cognizant of our time (including those responsible for sending us off in a clean car).
