I called and explicitly asked if they took walk in...

I called and explicitly asked if they took walk ins, and was told they did, but should expect to wait 20-40 minutes.

After taking a cab over 20 minutes after calling, I arrived and told the wait would be at least 2 hours....

Seems like they should be more consistent in what they communicate to people.
