The worst desorganization I have ever faced. We had to wait in cold passageway for 30 min, then 30 in the staircase outside in freezing weather. Hence, I fell horribly sick. It's the worst attitude towards passengers I have ever seen. No coolers with drinking water, you have to buy it in duty free.
