One star is to many. We went with a family member who got mail from them saying they were pre-approved. She was looking at a New Honda well apparently because she's young and didn't dress to impress they told her well you probably won't be approved. They didn't even try, funny thing is she has a good job and can afford it. Seems to be stereotyped because of where she lives and how she was dressed . Horrible salesman ship
