This is an amendment of a one-star review left in December (which I have deleted). TLC's management team reached out to me almost immediately after posting my review and dissatisfaction with my original experience and were genuinely concerned with my opinion. They worked very hard to re-earn my trust and my business. Thanks to their second efforts and professional resolve, I will consider using them again in the future. I am sorry but due to my original extreme dissatisfaction I cannot rate them any higher, but wish to acknowledge a wonderful and professional resolve of my concerns. Thank you for working hard to make it right.
